Processing & Production

Our blankets, shams, puzzles, stickers, decals, and other print-on-demand items are created after your order is placed. Most orders require approximately 2–7 business days for production before they are shipped.

Production times may be longer during holidays, busy seasons, or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order has finished production, shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the product, production facility, carrier, and destination.

Please keep in mind that production time and shipping time are separate.

Multiple-Item Orders

Because our products may be made by different production facilities, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping because your order arrives separately.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays are outside of our control. Weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, and other circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Incorrect Addresses

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order. Lilies and Halos cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production.
